Blepharoplasty

Eyelid surgery, correctly referred to as blepharoplasty, is geared toward removal of excess eyelid skin and fat accumulation. Often an inherited problem that can appear as early as the 20s, this excess skin and fat causes puffiness and bags around the eyes, and can actually obstruct vision in severe cases. Most usually, it presents a fatigued expression.
